The NCRS Pittsburgh Chapter is one of 36 active Chapters around the world. The NCRS has been gathering technical, historic, maintenance and restoration information for over 28 years. Along the way, we became the world's largest Corvette Club with over 14,550 current members. NCRS is dedicated to the restoration, preservation, history and enjoyment of Corvettes. In the last few years we have started a new class called the Sportsman class, it is open to all Corvettes no matter what year and with no major modifications, which means every Corvette can enter all NCRS Meets and be an active player, this class is not judged. You will receive a Sportsman Award after compiling 20 points. Each Meet that you enter is assigned points, a local Meet is 2 points, a Regional 3 and a National is 5 points, so you see it does not take long to achieve this award.

With a National Membership you receive the Corvette Restorer Magazine quarterly, the Driveline Newsletter bimonthly. In the NCRS judging process, you can have your Corvette judged or participate as a judge in the 1953 to 1982 models years (soon to include 84-86). Yearly, we have many events, such as our National Convention, eight Regional Meets and dozens of Chapter Meets and you may participate in all of them. You can access the combined knowledge of all members around the world through our web site. Also there is a complete library of Corvette technical manuals and other information, that you can purchase at discount prices.

Our local Chapter is celebrating its 12th anniversary this year. With a local membership you can participate in many social events for the entire family. We try to have something at least once a month. We have restoration seminars, swap meets, judging schools, road tours twice a year, judged meets, picnics and the end of the year our annual Chapter banquet. Also the friendships you make help you become more knowledgeable about your Corvette, We have local members that make their living restoring and maintaining Corvettes, they are always willing to give advice or help in any way. Quarterly you will receive one of the best local newsletters, which includes event information, a parts for sale section and many informative articles pertaining to Corvettes. Our local membership is a 110 and growing.
