2020 Chevy Corvette C8 Debuts Today: Watch The Unveiling Live Here:  Click Here

Live coverage begins at 7:50 p.m. PDT and show begins at 8 p.m. PDT.

On Thursday, July 18, Chevrolet will debut the long-awaited, eighth-generation, midengine Corvette. We’ll be attending a media event to see the new ‘Vette in Southern California, and Chevy will broadcast the big unveiling live on the internet, so you can follow along with us.

The livestream will be shared on a special GM website (no login required), and starts at 7:30 p.m. PT. Chevy will also distribute the livestream through its various social media outlets.

“There is a large contingent of Corvette fans across the world waiting for the reveal of the Next Generation,” Barry Engle, executive VP and president for GM in the Americas, said in a statement earlier this month. “We’re happy to give these fans, and all sports car enthusiasts, a way to see and learn about the vehicle at the same time as those participating live in California.”

The debut event will not be open to public attendance, but GM is planning to take the new Corvette on a tour of Chevy dealers across the US. Specific dates and locations are expected to be announced soon.

Like the rest of the world, we’re pretty stoked to see what Chevy has in store for the midengine C8 Corvette. Stay tuned for the full array of photos and information on Thursday, and in the meantime, check out our historical look back at the Corvette’s last seven generations.1

The Corvette is one of the great muscle cars. Sleek and sexy, it’s something that car aficionados dream about, whether they’re young or old. With super-fast zero to sixty times and a great look, just about every knows the Chevrolet Corvette when they see one. If you own one or are planning to own one, be sure you understand the maintenance and upkeep issues that you’ll be facing. Once your warranty has run out, or if you want to make some modifications or upgrades – a spoiler or bigger exhaust, perhaps – the parts that you’ll need for your Corvette can be costly. Getting the right parts and making sure that you purchase quality, though, is well worth the price. It keeps your car looking new, running great, and turning heads wherever you go.

Don’s Corvette Artwork For Sale

ATTN: Corvette Enthusiasts and Collectors

Corvette Artwork FOR SALE

Yes, what you read is correct. I am putting my Corvette Artwork up for sale. I became a Corvette owner in 1994 when I purchased my 1st Corvette.

I have decided that it is time to let go of my many Corvette prints that line my den walls. The majority of these are at least 20 years or older.

Some are rare and many not in circulation anymore. Many of the Corvette prints are signed & numbered, some with certificates of authenticity, some with added artist autographs.

If interested you can e-mail me at [email protected] with the subject line “Corvette Artwork

Please provide the print number from the images posted.

Payment methods:  PayPal, cash on pick-up but checks will also be accepted. Hopefully I can trust a fellow Corvette enthusiast !!!!

Shipping is available to the lower 48 and would be professionally wrapped, boxed and shipped by a local UPS store. Of course, you are welcome to take the drive to Chambersburg and pick them up in person…

Also listed are numerous old black & white or color Corvette advertisements that were in national magazines. They also are professionally framed and matted.

Thank You

Don Zullinger

Sunday Lunch before it Rains @ Falorio’s

Dodging the rain drops and making the best of a Sunday at my son’s restaurant (Falorio’s) for lunch.

Good food and conversation and DQ ice cream to finish the drive….

Thanks everyone for cruising over to our neck of the woods in Glassport, PA and having some good old Italian dishes made by my son’s inspired old world cooking from my wife’s side of the family.

Here’s a few pics and hope we all can do this again somewhere else with more CCWP members with a impromptu “get-out-and-enjoy” those wonderful American machines we own!

Youngwood Memorial Day Parade

CCWP came out to support one of our members (Joe & MJ Theis) and his local Youngwood, PA Annual Memorial Day parade.. This years celebration with his mom being honored with “New Stanton Citizen of the year”.  Alice Theis is 97 years young and doesn’t look a day older than 79 in my opinion.  Congratulations Alice and may you enjoy many-many more such days yet to come!

CCWP members attending included:  Frank & Debbie Paolo, Brad Paolo, Sue & Bob Marnell, Sam & Nancy Demonte, Vince Morich and his wife, myself (Regis Kuzel) and of course Joe & MJ Theis. We all went to breakfast at Bob Evan’s afterwards in Greensburg..

SUCCESS!…CCWP Spring All Corvette Show

It was a picture perfect start and a total “rain free” event!… Thanks to all who believed the weather would hold and came out to enjoy the day with all your follow corvette owners throughout the tri-state area.  We had people coming from West Virginia and other places as well..

It goes with saying this event would have never happen without all the hard work from our Events Coordinator, Sue Marnell and also Bob Marnell our Social Director!  Also need to thank all the members that pitched in to help out as well (You know who you are and the Club appreciates your help).

By my unofficial count we had just shy of 60 cars!…  Special thanks to Mike “Michelin Man” Diorio for all the great pictures!

Thanks to Tom Henry for being our sponsor and especially like to thank Sue Henry for coming out to help us present over 30 trophies to the winners in person and next to their cars in the lot!… First time we tried that and we think it will be the way we do it in the future… Much more “personal”…  Apologize in advance if we missed any trophy winner.

Here’s a few random pics… A more complete recap of this event with more pictures will be in our next Newsletter!

Thanks to United Rays Corvette Club for coming out.  Congrats you guys and way to go Don for winning Best-Of-Show!
